By using shivkundli you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Purpose

shivkundli is a Vedic astrology platform providing Janm Kundli generation, Vivah Kundli compatibility charts, Panchang, and Riya AI-powered chart assistant. It is operated by Sanvika Production and is intended for personal, cultural, and spiritual use. It is not a matrimonial matchmaking service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must provide accurate birth date, time, and place for chart generation
• You must not use the platform to harass, harm, or contact other users outside its intended purpose
• One person may hold only one account

3. Profile Guidelines

Your profile must be accurate and honest. Prohibited content:

• Fake information, false photos or misleading details
• Collecting data from other users or scraping
• Commercial advertising or spam messages
• Obscene, offensive or illegal content
• Using another person's identity (impersonation)

4. Free Posting & Premium Plans

Creating a profile on shivkundli is completely FREE. Premium plans are optional and provide additional features such as advanced chart reports and extended Riya interactions. No basic features are restricted for Free plan users.

Premium subscriptions are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue on our end.

5. Intellectual Property

The shivkundli brand, logo and platform code are owned by Sanvika Production. Your uploaded content (photos, bio) remains yours — you only grant us permission to display it on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

shivkundli is a platform — we do not guarantee astrological outcomes or specific life results. Chart outputs are for informational and spiritual context only. Users are responsible for decisions they make based on the platform.

7. Account Termination

We may terminate any account without prior notice if terms are violated. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed under Indian law. Jurisdiction for disputes will be in New Delhi, India. For disputes, contact: legal@sanvikaproduction.com
